Keeping fit is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves. Whether you are a member of a gym or not is completely up to yourself but staying active is vital for body, mind and soul!
Daily Yoga – This little app is packed with more than a hundred yoga and meditation classes that you can do from the comfort of your own living room. Classes are available at many different levels so you can learn how to master Yoga at your own pace. This app gives you step-by-step instructions on how to pose in the different yoga positions.
Earthmiles –I love to walk as I find it helps to clear my head from all the stress that has built up over the week. This app helps to track how much you walk, run or cycle!
Sworkit –This fitness app is perfect for all levels of fitness. It starts off with a six -week program and there is a huge range of different exercises from which to choose. Even if you have only ten minutes there is no excuse!
Daily Workouts –This app is like having your own personal trainer! It has different catagories for each area you wish to tone up. This is great as you won’t become bored of the same exercise.
Water your body –I forget sometimes to drink water and this is why I love this app. It tracks you daily water consumption and reminds you how much water you need to drink to reach your daily goal!
