Six Tips For Getting That Bikini Body This Summer!

Summer is here which means it’s almost Bikini Season! You don’t need to have a gym membership or a personal trainer to get into shape. It takes time to get fit but with a little hard work and motivation you can achieve your goal.

Find a routine that works for you and stick with it.

Drink plenty of water.

Cut out soft drinks and aim to drink at least eight glasses of water per day.

 

  Pilates

Workout at least three to four times a week. Pilates is a great way to tone up and with different exercise plans that target different muscles you will be beach ready in no time!

 

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

These foods are full of minerals and vitamins and will keep you full throughout the day.

 

Reduce your intake of sugary foods, alcohol and coffee.

 

Get a tan!

Everybody looks and feels better with a golden glow so why not book in to your local salon and get a spray tan.

 

Reduce stress.

Look for ways to help reduce stress levels by doing some Yoga or simply go for a walk. Soaking in a warm bath just before bed can also be relaxing.
