I thought I would share with you my homemade recipes for ice-lollies. These are a healthier option and cheaper than shop bought ones!

For the Bounty Bar Ices:

Ingredients:

100g Dark Chocolate (or if you prefer milk chocolate)

450g Coconut flavoured Greek-style yogurt

Lolly moulds

 

Method:

1.Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Take care not to burn the chocolate!

2.Spoon half the Greek-style coconut yogurt into a bowl and stir in 2tbsp of the dark chocolate so that it resembles broken Oreos.

3.Spoon into lolly moulds, add the rest of the chocolate, then the rest of the yogurt.

4.Push in the lolly sticks and freeze until solid or preferably over-night!

 

Bounty Bar Ices!

 

For the Pina-Colada Ices:

Ingredients:

150g Pineapple

450g Coconut flavoured Greek-style yogurt

Drizzle of golden syrup

Lolly moulds

If you would prefer the alcoholic version then simply add the following:

3 tbsp. Malibu or Bacardi coconut cream

150g pineapple

2 tbsp. icing sugar

100ml coconut cream

 

Method:

1.Purée the pineapple in a food processor (along with the icing sugar if making the alcoholic version or if making non-alcoholic version add in golden syrup).

2.Spoon half the Greek-style coconut yogurt into a bowl and stir in the purée.

3.Spoon into lolly moulds, add the rest of the purée, then the rest of the yogurt.

4.Push in the lolly sticks and freeze until solid or preferably over-night!
