Coconut Milk & Pear Smoothie
I would like to share with you one of the favourite smoothies I like to make. I love to make my own smoothies as at least I know what is going in to them. You can put whatever fruit that is available according to your likes or dislikes! I’m going to kick-start the New Year with a healthier diet.
1 Ripe Banana
175g Low fat plain yogurt
1 cup of Coconut milk
½ a Vanilla Pod
½ cup of Orange Juice
First, cut the banana and the pear and put into a blender. Then, using a knife, split the vanilla bean down the center. Scrape out the seeds and add into blender along with the fruit.
Next, add the plain yogurt, coconut milk and orange juice into the blender and puree until smooth!
Then pour into glass and enjoy!
